This is because from 13th December 2024 the EU introduces new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) legislation that will also cover Northern Ireland. This new legislation means that businesses selling consumer goods into the EU or Northern Ireland need to appoint an agent within the EU, known as the ‘EU Responsible Person’. These agents come with high annual fees and it is something that we cannot afford as a small family business. At this time there is no method within the MadeMe selling platform for us as MadeMe Sellers to be able to prevent Northern Ireland customers purchasing our products. Unfortunately, as we are no longer legally able to ship to Northern Ireland, if you place an order after 7th December 2024 for delivery to Northern Ireland then we will sadly have to cancel your order and process a full refund back to your original payment.
