Description This is a pinwheel or a windmill. The same design as you see at the seaside with sticks on for children to stick into the sandcastles they build on the beach. Prettily coloured in pinks and blues. Like all my suncatchers, handmade with love and designed to hang in the window and catch the sunshine. Each piece of glass is individually cut, shaped and copper foiled and then soldered together. I then solder on a little wire ring for hanging. It is 13cm in diameter and hangs from a little silver chain which is securely attached to the top. I always supply a strong suction hook so it comes ready for you to hang. I attach the chain using split rings so you can replace it, maybe with a ribbon, quite easily. Please note that no two of my suncatchers are ever the same even to the same design. I deliberately don’t keep a record of the types of glass used so it is pretty impossible for me to make an exact match and that is my intention. I like all my pieces to be unique and I always use different combinations of glass. I always update my listings with photos of the latest version of the piece I have made and that is the piece I will send to you except where it is on back-order in which case I will need to make a new one to fulfil the order.
