Description Amethyst is a healing, calming stone. It helps bring restful sleep and peaceful dreams. Monks used to use it to protect againt drunkeness! Lava Rock is a raw, powerful healing stone. it is also porous, which means you can rub in one or two drops of essentail oil onto the black lava rock beads, which will then release or diffuse the scent for a day or two. Yon only need to rub a couple of drops onto the bracelet, don’t overdo it and you can then add more oil once the scent fades. These bracelets are stretchy and will fit a medium ladies adult wrist.
